Special milling machine for the efficient production of cross bar connections.

The KSF-mini cross bar milling machine is the product of STEGHERR's extensive
experience in the construction of these special milling machines for cross bar
connections.

With the KSF-mini, all cross bar connections that occur in practice can be
produced quickly and with a precise fit. Rungs that have already been profiled
can also be machined on the KSF-mini. The precise milling is achieved because
the workpiece is machined on three sides in one clamping.

The tool drive is via two three-phase motors; the workpieces are clamped
pneumatically.

The profile milling cutter is designed for the web width. The saw blades that
carry out the flattening can be adjusted to the dimensions of the profile
milling cutter using spacer rings.

The machine is designed for a maximum workpiece cross-section of 56 x
46 mm.
