With automatic pressing cycle + manual control
for corner connections tenon+slots and dowel connection/mortised tenon,
can be switched using a selector switch on the control cabinet.

With basic equipment for optional use of counter profiles if the sash
is rebated on the loose part.

Fast, smooth, manual width adjustment
using ball-bearing carriage, fixing in 50 mm
hole grid, optional motorized width adjustment with
hydraulic clamping (at an additional cost).

Height adjustment and pressing using long-stroke cylinders
in one work cycle. Right-hand press corners with integrated horizontal
cylinders, therefore no vertical positioning of the horizontal pressure
cylinders is necessary, which avoids cylinder collisions.

The machine is supplied with a pressure beam of 3,000 mm height
The cylinder attachment and the positions of the lower press corners
however correspond to the version with a press height of 2,750 mm.
By installing 3 300 mm long piston rod extensions
the max. press height can be increased to 3,000 mm.
With the help of the tools supplied, the
machine can be converted within approx. 10 minutes.

Insertion heights:
- lower insertion height for sashes with a width of <550 mm; approx. 1280 mm
- insertion height upper edge of upper horizontal frame wood up to press height
2,750 mm; approx. 1,620 mm
- insertion height upper edge of upper horizontal frame wood press height
>2,750 mm; approx. 1,920 mm (piston rod extension installed)

Notes:

- The height correction for machines with positioning function is carried out

by switching parameters. The operation of the machine with the

installed piston rod extensions is displayed by a different

screen background.

- Total height of the machine approx. 3,550 mm
